Who this policy is for

Littleward is a care journal for adult parents and authorized caregivers. Adults enter information about the children in their care; the app is not intended for children to create their own accounts.

Information the app handles

• Family and care records: names, birth or due dates, family membership, and entries such as feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, symptoms, medication, milestones, and notes that you choose to provide.
• Account information: an account identifier, authentication sessions, and identity details from an optional email, Apple or Google sign-in used to save and recover your account.
• Subscription information: purchase history, trial and subscription status, and a random billing identifier associated with your Littleward family.
• Operation and device information: identifiers and timestamps used to confirm changes safely, prevent duplicate saves, manage permissions, and protect accounts.
• Optional features: local preferences, reminders, widget and Watch information.
• Support and diagnostics: messages you send to support, crash information, and network or security metadata needed to operate and protect the service.

Littleward does not offer user photo or audio uploads and does not request camera, photo-library, microphone, contacts, or location access. It does not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

Why information is used

Information is used to keep your care journal, share it with caregivers you authorize, authenticate and recover accounts, provide features you request, respond to support, validate purchases, manage Premium access, understand subscription activity, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. Littleward does not use your email or care log for advertising.

Optional Apple and Google sign-in

You can optionally save or recover your Littleward account with Apple or Google. We receive a provider-specific account identifier, your email address and verification status, and your name when shared. Apple may supply a private relay email address. We keep identity details and temporary verification records to authenticate, link and recover your account.

Your family care records are not sent to Apple or Google as part of sign-in. Google access is limited to basic identity information; we do not request Gmail, Drive or contacts access. Provider profile-picture URLs are discarded; pictures are not fetched or stored.

Google sign-in tokens are used for verification and are not retained after sign-in. Apple authorization credentials are stored encrypted so Littleward can revoke its connection when you delete your account. Encrypted credentials needed for pending Apple revocation may remain after account deletion until Apple confirms revocation, then are removed.

Deleting your Littleward account does not delete your Apple or Google account. You can remove Littleward from your Google Account connections. When credentials needed for automatic Apple revocation are unavailable, the app provides manual instructions.

Family sharing and exports

People with access to your family can see records according to their role. A family parent manages invitations and membership. Reports, handoff sheets, and history exports contain care information; recipients may keep copies after you remove their app access or delete your account.

If enabled, widgets and Live Activities can display care details on your device. You can control these features in Settings. The Watch companion receives care information through the paired iPhone.

Former Little Guide conversations

Little Guide has been retired. The current app does not send questions or care records to an AI service. Care tracking, family sharing, daily rhythm, and weekly reports remain available without AI processing.

If you used Little Guide before its retirement, your questions, recent conversation, relevant care information, and answers were processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. These could include personal or health information from your messages and care logs.

On October 17, 2026, Littleward’s dedicated Cloudflare AI Gateway and its stored debugging logs were deleted as part of retiring this feature.

Services that process information

Cloudflare hosts the website and API, stores hosted care records, delivers authentication email, and protects the service. The retirement of Little Guide is described above. Network services receive technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser or device details.

Sentry receives production iPhone crash reports to help investigate app failures. These include crash stacks and limited app, device, and thread information. Native crash reasons may also be included. Littleward disables session replay, screenshots, interaction breadcrumbs, performance tracing, and deliberate attachment of account identity to crash reports.

Apple processes App Store payments. Littleward does not receive your payment card details.

Apple and Google also process optional sign-in requests under their respective Apple privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

RevenueCat processes purchase history, trial and subscription status, and a random family billing identifier to validate purchases, restore subscriptions, provide Premium access, and report subscription activity. Littleward can associate this identifier with your family members. Littleward does not send child names, care records, or email addresses to RevenueCat as customer attributes.

Email services process support messages you choose to send. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Storage and deletion

Hosted care records are kept for the family until they are removed through the app’s supported deletion flows. Removing an entry from view can leave an operation or recovery record needed for shared-care consistency; it is not the same as deleting an account.

Use Settings → Delete account to review what will be removed. If another parent remains, the shared family journal can remain available to that family. Deleting the last parent removes that family’s hosted care records. Uninstalling Littleward alone does not delete hosted information.

Deleting your Littleward account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it through Apple’s subscription settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase and financial records separately from your care journal under their own retention requirements.

Backup copies can remain for the hosting provider’s recovery window after deletion. Security records, deletion receipts, support correspondence, and crash diagnostics are managed separately. Contact support to request a review of information retained outside the active family journal.

Your choices and requests

You can edit supported care entries, manage caregiver access when you are a parent, control optional device features, and use account deletion in Settings. Family parents can export care history. See Help & support for instructions.

Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority to protect shared family information. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary health details.
